Maintenance Request
A maintenance request may be submitted online by using the maintenance email request on the right. It is important to fill in all of the requested information and provide a detailed description of the maintenance request. Requests submitted online will be passed on to the maintenance staff during office hours. Online requests submitted after office hours will be received the following business day.
You may also submit maintenance requests by calling 773-989-8178. If you leave a request on voicemail, please be sure to include your full name, phone number, building and apartment number, as well as a detailed description of the request.
